Directions: Our office is located in the TIGARD MEDICAL MALL, across Highway 217 from Washington Square Shopping Center. Take the Greenburg Road exit off Highway 217 and go west on Greenburg Road (away from Washington Square). Shady Lane is the first street on the left after the freeway ramps.
